I was in Lewisville on business, this is about 20mins from DFW airport, it’s by a shopping mall and restaurants literally in the same parking lot. Nice open views from the window of my room. Staff and breakfast every morning was great. I will be back. Thanks

The stay would have been fine except someone came into a room with a key in the middle of the night. The next day my key did not work. I shouted as they opened the door and they and they retreated. I don't know if they were part of the staff or not. I mentioned it to the staff and I got a quick sorry about that and that was it. Perhaps there was more going on behind the scenes but it certainly unsettled our stay.

The front desk staff was awful. He clocked himself before the person taking over arrived and four different guest has to wait over an hour to be checked in. He showed zero remorse for the situation.
