Close to the train to Dallas
Great location near a couple of DART stations and downtown Plano. House was very clean and roomy inside. Back patio is huge and well covered but we chose to move the chairs to the yard to enjoy the night. TIP FOR THOSE THAT COME AFTER US: bring some bug spray. The mosquitos are vicious. We picked some up at the gas station and left it for the next guest. Great place and location. We will definitely look for it next year.

Perfection!
Our group of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this property. The short distance (and easy route) to the Eisemann Center made our stay stress-free. The property is clean, well-appointed, and well-located.

Cozy home in a great neighborhood.
My family and I stayed 4 days to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The fact that this home was in a nice neighborhood, and allowed pets was what sold us. The home had everything we needed, and was super clean and recently updated. Would definitely stay again here.

Not the best experience
I thought this place would be great according to the reviews but our experience was a bit of the opposite. Absolutely impossible to get a response from the host prior and throughout our entire stay. Took hours before we finally heard from them even after tons of messages on Vrbo and texts and calls on their phone. Hosted a game night with friends, and the property was spacious for sure and the neighborhood is great! However, when we arrived, there were stains, and an abundant amount of ants all over the dining area, fridge, and kitchen counters/floors. House also had an unpleasant odor when we first got there. We had to run to a nearby store to buy repellent and candles.

Girl's weekend!
We had a great time staying here. The house was spacious with plenty of room. The patio & backyard is large and we were lucky to have perfect weather to hang out there. They could use additional kitchen items to use and/or cook with. Overall the stay was awesome! Would book again.

So fun!
We met some friends at this house to celebrate my husband’s 30th birthday and it was the perfect gathering place! We loved the space in the two living areas and extra large table. It was a great hosting house in a perfect location with lots of great restaurants around. We didn’t use the backyard for this quick stay, but that would have been a great hang out spot as well!

Home was very nice, couch did smell a little funny. There were a few ants coming in from various windows and lawn needed to be mowed. Never really heard from the manager I would never get a reply back. Over all a good stay just needs some maintenance.

Very nice stay! This home is renovated, and it was very spacious and clean. The host had great communication prior to and during the stay. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Plano.

Great for what we needed
We were from out of town needing a place to stay AND host a baby shower. This house was perfect! Most rentals don’t allow events so we were thrilled to find a cute one that did. Nicely remodeled with cute furnishings, lots of room, nice kitchen, comfortable beds, large master bath. Having access to the garage was awesome! Made unloading (especially all our food for the party) very convenient. Convenient location to grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. Mostly clean but the floors needed a good mopping. They weren’t clean at all. The pictures online were accurate except for the yard which was horrible. I realize the area had an extremely hot summer, but it looks like the yard has not been watered or kept up at all. Not only dead grass, but bare patches. And there was some scattered trash in the backyard. We had planned a few games for the backyard, but because it was unexpectedly hot that day we didn’t do them anyway. However the yard would not have been conducive for backyard activities. Overall it was a nice home we enjoyed staying in and would recommend.

The hosts doesn’t respond to you at all, but besides that it was a good experience. You get charged a pet fee whether you bring pets or not, which I didn’t like so be mindful of that. But the location was perfect for our gender reveal, and it looked just like the photos….. which was great!!

Really Nice, spacious and clean
The house was perfect. Very large kitchen, 2 nice seating areas, great outdoor space, well decorated..and nice large dining table with room for everyone. We were all in town for a memorial service and it was 1.1 miles from downtown, Plano- Perfect location for our visit. We also had to prep some food for the occasion, and the very large kitchen made it so easy. Also, great and clear communication from the owner. It was a seamless visit. If this area works for you, this house is a great deal, lots of space, cute and comfortable, and affordable.
