Ryan at the front desk has excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the our room were cockroaches infested every where in this room and the beds too. My wife and I left the room asap. I went back to Ryan and told him of the issue / concern. Also, we're seniors and had to walk to the third floor by the stairways due to their elevator was out of order. I would like Expedia to refund me. Very disappointed almost guests. TX

Police were outside the property due to criminal incident. The reception area was filled with questionable characters and an unprofessional front desk clerk. Elevator was broken and I was told to use the stairs to get to my room. The stairwell landing was filled with human and dog urine, no lighting to see where I was going and people hanging out in the hallways and stairwells. I felt very unsafe and literally handed the front desk my key card and left. No one cared. This place felt like section 8 housing and shouldn’t position itself as a “hotel”.

The room was tore up from whoever stayed in it before. The elevator smells like dog poop. Everyone there is loud. The only good thing I can say is that I was able to spend time with the love of my life. Just wish we could’ve had a cleaner experience while we stayed there.

Roaches, no roaches!
The room was for my two adult sons and before I could even get back home they were calling me and saying bring back roach spray because there was roaches in the refrigerator. Alive roaches!!! Very nasty. The other hotel in Plano is much cleaner and the staff is very friendly. I will go back to that one but not this one.

Great price...terrible conditions... loitering, strong smell of weed throughout. Grasshopper, worm and flies in room and shower. Strong smell of maple syrup in room. Staff less than adequate. Great price but you get what you pay for. Definitley not what you expect from Plano or Allen image. Please do better. My stay in other Woodsprings was definitely much better.
