I always stay at this hotel because I like everything about it however they took away they’re front desk staff and replaced them with a check in kiosk it is so impersonal and does NOT make check in faster it actually took longer. Hopefully they will decide to go back to good customer service because I really don’t want to stay elsewhere

"We had 3 rooms. One was refurbished and was excellent. Beautiful room. The other two rooms were not refurbished and were tired. But all rooms had a wonderful view. Hotel staff (particularly at the dinner buffet) were very friendly. Food at the buffet was excellent. Excellent stay."
