"Helpful staff called me beforehand to confirm arrangements for late arrival. Room clean but in need of upgrading as decor quite old."

"From the start to the end, our stay was amazing! Excellent service from the receptionist, room was huge (junior suite), bed was huge and super comfy, bathroom was a good size with a good shower, nice towels and shampoo etc. the toilet was in another room but turned out better due to privacy. Food to have a heated towel rail to dry our togs after our swim. The indoor swimming pool was so large, good temperature, very clean and in a luxurious room! Nice seats after the swim, dressing gowns a bonus, very warm room to sit in - excellent. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. So much food, all delicious and a great variety. The hot food was just warm both mornings - the only negative. Good, free car park. Would definitely stay again."

"Had an all-around good stay. The rate was competitive, the room large, bright and clean, and the breakfast buffet was great - and inexpensive. There was enough parking at the hotel. You can walk to disturb downtown in half an hour."
