"The property is huge. Very spacious, four bedrooms, and a large bathroom. Lovely terrace surrounding a great pool. There were loads of things to do - table tennis, pool, air hockey etc to keep the teens happy even in poor weather. The host also makes custom game cabinets so we played a lot of pinball. Lesmont is a lovely little village 30 minutes from Troyes, surrounded by arable farms. There is a well-stocked supermarket 10km away. We had a really nice break and would definitely stay here...

"Wir verbrachten eine Woche zu viert mit Hund in diesem Ferienhaus. Der Garten ist sicher eingezäunt für Hunde und kleine Kinder und bietet viele Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung (Basketball, Trampolin…). Im Haus selbst gibt es ebenfalls viele Möglichkeiten sich die Zeit zu vertreiben ( Pingpong, Wii, Spiele, Bücher, Zeitschriften). Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, es ist alles da - mehr als ausreichend Geschirr, alle möglichen Elektrogeräte, zwei Kühlschränke usw. Eine Woche war...

"1 très belle semaine avec nos petits enfants dans le gîte de Sylvaine et Jean Paul. Outre le fait d'accueillir leurs hôtes dans 1 lieu confortable ,chaleureux, où tout est mis à disposition pour rendre le séjour agréable , Sylvaine et Jean Paul prennent plaisir à partager leur passion des cheveux, des vaches, des abeilles avec les grands et les petits qui garderont de ce séjour des souvenirs hors du commun!!! "Location great. Great layout in property. Great fridge and freezer. Not enough toilets for 15 people and the kitchen sink was appalling, probably a health hazard. The charge for cleaning was excessive on top of a charge per bed for sheets etc. Garden and activities good. There were 2 bikes i think but not great. Pool is small but clean and heated. We had a great holiday despite the negatives. I received flowers from the owner on my birthday and champagne in the fridge. A nice touch."

"Property was as described. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Four of the five bedrooms are spacious, one is rather cramped with a sloping roof. Some might find the noise of the constant water flow distracting, we found it soothing. The village is quaint and authentic in an agricultural area but its quite far to go to get supplies. We loved this place, we were all adults but I think there would be too little to do for children."

"Dès le début de notre réservation, Bertrand s'est montré très engagé et coopératif. Il a répondu à toutes les questions que nous avions concernant notre réservation. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à Saint-Marie-du-Der, Bertrand était là à l'heure et nous a fait visiter la maison. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'espace disponible dans cette maison de vacances, qui n'avait que trois ans, et par la modernité de son aménagement.
