"In a quite location with its own beachfront but not golden sand , hotel needs some refurbishment and investment but we had a lovely stay room was cleaned each day , staff were lovely and friendly you can walk to Alona area In 25 mins or a quick tuc tuc ride , did some lovely diving from the dive shop on site , equipment was really good and the local reefs are stunning , if you want a nice quite spot to stay in then it was perfect "

"The Story Resort is a nice place to stay for how it looks on the property, and the fact that the pool goes through the entire hotel right from your balcony is extremely nice. However, I can say that the price of it and how far out of the way it is to get to it can dampen the enjoyment unless you have your own mode of transportation around the island. Nonetheless, the staff were kind and I didn't run into many issues. The only small problems were that my door to my room didn't lock completely...

"- Room The good, Room was clean, Air Conditioning worked well. Complimentary toiletries. Room was cleaned everyday with refreshment of towels. The bad, Ceiling in restroom was unfinished with screws still showing and could tell the moisture & humidity had already done its damage and there’s mold in some spot of the caulking. "Nice room and pool area. Bed was firm. Cold water only in washbasin. Toilet seat loose and reported on arrival but still not fixed after 5 days despite reminder.
