"We were staying at the hotel and experienced car trouble, unfortunately on Labor Day weekend. The staff was very accommodating and was able to extend our stay for another three nights and keep us in the same room. We were on a long trip but it was absolutely the best hotel of all the places we stayed to have an issue because restaurants, shops and attractions were all within walking distance (no Uber available). There isn’t a restaurant in the hotel but they did have a free breakfast every morning which was pretty good. "

"My only complaint is there is no trailer parking. So we came with truck and motorcycle trailers. Maybe more clear that they dont mean camping trailers. Thank you for making the exeption since we are here off season midweek. "

"Great value. A 5 minute walk to the main street in Gatlingburg where everything is. Check-in staff were very freindly and helpful. "

"Great hotel and we went and because it was during the off season and it was so nice and quiet. Plus the trolley stops at the hotel and it takes you to all the best spots in town. Close but at the same time away enough from the downtown area. Plus the view is amazing! "
