Beautiful Lake Front Home overlooking Lake Douglas with Boat Marina onsite!

The Lake House at Swann's Marina and Campground hosts amazing Lake Front and Marina view's overlooking Lake Douglas in Dandridge TN.

This beautifully furnished home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open Living Room / Kitchen concept, Wifi, Smart Televisions in all rooms, all linens and kitchen appliances and dishes, a Carport and a furnished covered porch with a firepit out front along with a picnic table and gas grill.

We are within close proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but far enough away to relax and unwind at the end of a long day or enjoy fishing off your boat or one of ours. We have a full-service boat marina onsite with a boat launch, ship store, pontoon boat, kayak and paddle board rentals not to mention a wonderful Restaurant!
