We stayed overnight as a stopover on our way north. The hotel was close to the highway, but you couldn’t hear the noise from the room. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The complimentary breakfast made it convenient for a quick return to the road in the morning. I’d definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

The Quality In Dandridge is really punching above their weight. The reception/breakfast area was spotless and all furnishings were in tip top condition. My room was in near perfect condition, with imperfections that were bately noticeable. Despite being right off of the highway, its elevation on a hill, and my room being on the opposite side made for a very peaceful night. Breakfast was good, with eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles and most stuff you expect at this price.

Decent motel. Easy check in. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly. Room worked for one night passing through. Bedspread did not appear clean due to a large crusty spot on it, we removed it from the bed. Other bedding was clean. The small bottle of hand lotion on the cabinet next to the sink was half used. Otherwise room was fine for the purpose.

The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. By the way the front door had been repainted you can tell hotel is older. The couch in our room looked like it needed to be replaced.

The staff checking us in was kind and enthusiastic. However the staff checking us out was cold. The breakfast was normal hotel food. The property is a motel that has been renovated. It wasn't the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, but not the best either. The room was clean. The rug around the AC unit was wet. Thankfully the room did not smell musty.
