About a 10 minute walk away from King Street and all the shops. The best part however is on the way to King Street seeing all the nice coffee, shops, and small restaurants along the way. "The place was perfect. It looked just like the pictures and had an amazing view - one of the best on Folly Beach. The location was perfect, near the main strip of restaurants (and the market) without having any noise. I loved the place and would stay again!"

"The place is nice and clean with a comfortable bed and a wonderful location right on the beach and in walking distance of town. Our main disappointment was the kitchen area. The stove is old, with loose electric eyes that take a long time to heat up, and there is no prep room. We had hoped to cook quite a bit but really weren't able to. Other than that it's a nice place."

"We had a great stay. The condo was easy to find, right across from the pool which was large and never crowded. Loved the double porches and saw multiple dolphins every day! Downside: the living room furniture was extremely worn out. We had chose that specific unit for the extra sleeping room with the pull out couch. All of the living room seating needs replaced. Other than that,we had a great time!"

"My wife and I spent a long weekend at the Sea Cabins and loved it! The place was perfect for 3 nights for the two of us. Access to the beach and pier was great, and the pool access would have been great as week if we hadn't been rained out. The location is fantastic...right next to plenty of bars and shops and around the corner from the Sea Biscuit Cafe and Low Country Kitchen. It can sleep up to 6, but that would be very tight. It's an excellent spot for two people to enjoy a beach...
