A few fixtures/fittings in bathroom need to be updated & fixed plus shelves/corners/window require additional cleaning (may be ghe flat was empty for a while). Super communication with lovely host. "This is the second time we have stayed as my sister lives nearby. Spotlessly clean again and the hosts were there to check us in early. Gunter and Ulrika are so kind to our children, letting them play with toys in their house and garden. Nice touches are added like wine on arrival and snacks and chocolate for the kids. A home from home."

"Der Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Vom ersten Kontakt bis zu allem, was uns vor Ort erwartet hat, war alles einfach perfekt! Wir haben ein Wochenende mit Freundinnen als Geburtstagsüberraschung hier verbracht und diese Überraschung ist mehr als gelungen! Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur als kleines Paradies beschreiben, zu dem wir gerne jederzeit wieder zurückkehren möchten! Herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeber :-) "

However as the former guests had vacated the apartment several days earlier the building’s heating system was turned off, and only turned back on once we checked in. As the apartment is on the ground floor and a large portion is below ground in this lovely old building the apartment never really warmed up. "My wife and I and four teenage children stayed in this beautiful cottage for two nights. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Stephanie was a great host and prepared for our stay.
