"Great location on a quiet street but easy walk to main areas. Staff were super helpful organizing a bus to Udaipur and a lift to the bus station. He even waited to make sure I got the right one. Really friendly, clean and quiet hotel. Very happy with my stay as a solo female traveler. "

"Visted mount abu property on 02 Nov 24 with family. The stay was plesant in overall. However property correct contact number not provided in itinary, resulted in unsecure booking till arrival. On arrival also booking was not showing in prporty recieption. It was quite bad when you reach to prpoperty for stay. Staff Mr. Vishal given us full sopport and provided a room as booked. "Not a Proper place to stay in mount abu. Firstly They don’t have proper parking space you have to wait to clear space before you take out your car from parking . Can’t close toilet door. Duvet(blanket) cover is dirty. I asked staff to change duvet they said don’t have another duvet. Rude behaviour. Price is too much compared to services they given. Not price worthy place to stay. "Rooms are not as in pictures. The rooms where we stayed smelled of septic tank which leaks. It is clear that the building has seen better times and is in serious need of upgrades and renovation. No shower curtain, everything got wet including toilet paper. The name and price do not reflect reality. The food we ordered was good, and the personnel tried hard, but accommodations were sub-standard certainly for the price we paid. Bad lighting, geckos and bugs in room, wifi only worked in reception...
