It was well kept. The pool area was beautiful! I didn’t see a piece of trash anywhere! I enjoyed watching guests having fun.

New property. Very nice room except no body wash in shower. For these prices everything should be perfect. I did not like the resort fee being tacked on at check-in. Quiet rooms.

Creasers is a very clean facility; rooms were nice and comfy. however, the price of dinning and was a bit high. We stayed over one night, check in at for 4 and out by 11 the next day, no Valla service (weren't notified it was included), no pool, limited wi-fi, and yet was charged a $34.99 "RESORT FEE" I was Unaware of when we registered.

Since the building is new, it’s clean but it wasn’t look professional showing blues tape for paint still hang in bathroom. We had dinner in Ramsay’s Kitchen, $85 of Rib eye steak was too salty and over seasoning, the fish of fish & chip seemed to cook multiple times. The food and drinks over priced in hotel. The casino dealer and supervisor need to improve their handling of players when a dealer makes a mistake.

Check in line was way too long because they were understaffed. Or at I they said that was the reason.

Only a few months old so the "new" smell was delightful! Rooms were well done, classy modern but still Caesars. I loved the carpet choices! Usually they are a bit garish in casino properties but these were tasteful and beautiful. Parking was easy but could use more directions. Can't wait to see the finished outdoor areas as they were obviously still working on them. Staff was excellent! From security to checkin to dealers to restaurant servers, great job!

Electric power and internet went out in hotel on 03/26/2025. My room had no electrical power or internet service for more than 8 hrs. Guest hotel room cost should be partially credited for the inconvenience.

Did not have enough servers in the casino. I can remember no one ever coming around my machine asking if I wanted a beverage.

Staff and room were very nice but there were issues with the tv not working properly and the switch in the bathroom did not work. Restaurants on site were overpriced and the food was awful at Dan Dans. Ordered fried rice ( just a pile of brown mush with not veggies) and Kung Poa chicken, also overcooked and no veggies. Slots just took your money. Will never go back again!

They were out of hot water for two days. Also, you have to check in on the extreme opposite side as the elevators.

The rooms were average nothing over the top. Our room did not have any toilettes. The service varies through the casino and hotel. The restaurants inside were not good and overpriced.

The stay was enjoyable overall. The level of smoke in the casino was not overwhelming, which was appreciated, and we understand that smoking is part of the typical casino environment. The availability of hot water for showers was consistent and reliable. The blackjack table I played at had a reasonable minimum bet of $15, which is in line with what one might expect, particularly on weekends or later in the evening when table limits tend to rise. The slot machines were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. Although the room rate was slightly higher due to our weekend stay, this is understandable. Despite this, we are looking forward to returning in the future.

The hotel gave away my room, no accommodation, and the first agent was not able to provide assistance. I had to request a higher end manager for support. Bad experience for my first time in this area.

Me and my wife paid for a good room which ran us about $800 for 1 night on a top floor there was an hvac issue that sounded like a siren that wouldn't stop the entire time we didnt even sleep in the room it was so horrible even the tv didnt make it go away so we just checked out around 6am after we was done in the casino area and the front desk had no answers for us at all smh we was told to sleep with our door cracked to lightning the sound of the noise it was her birthday and a horrible experience

The hotel is nice, new rooms. The eateries at the hotel, are not something I would try again. One basic cheeseburger with fries, including a $2. Tip was $25.00! That is a NO! It was difficult to navigate the casino without proper signage, security, made it difficult to navigate. The water pressure in the room was slow at best. It took 10 minutes to get hot water. The toilets in the restrooms down stairs was quite low ( similar to what we had 20 years ago). On another note, the dealers were nice, the hotel front desk.. nice. Basically, the hotel of course was anxious to open and many things are not done. The town… there was nothing to do. Side note, we ate at Cheekers BBQ and Blue moon which were both excellent!
