The hotel is nothing like it’s advertised. Our door wouldn’t lock and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Just oh sorry I will tell maintenance. Never got room service. Our window was broken. Carpet was soaking wet and the sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. All the outlets where coming out of the walls

It was one of the most disgusting hotels I've ever stayed in. If my kids weren't with me i would have slept in my car. There was no breakfast, which would have been fine if they didnt advertise free breakfast. The staff was horribly disrespectful, they mocked my special needs son. It was the cheapest hotel around, but was still incredibly overpriced for what it was. The carpet was black and sticky, and the curtains were stained and ripped, the bathtub and sink were cracked, and the lock was broken off the door. 0/10 do not stay here

Staff courteous and friendly. Facility in much need of refurbishing. Holes in curtains, drape not completely on rod, toilet paper androd missing from holder (used facial tissues), floor wet with chemical smell. Saving grace was the friendly, helpful woman who checked me in and i was obly booked for one night.

Gave us a room with frozen up air conditioner. Moved us to smoking room while telling us it was nonsmoking. But the smell of cigarettes almost knocked us down and the walls and curtains were yellowed. I am allergic to it so they ended up putting us back in the room with non working air. Refused to refund our money. Completely unprofessional and rude man that worked the front desk! Will not return!

There were bed bugs, black mold, cigerette burns in the linen, bathrooms were not cleaned, walls were splattered with WHO KNOWS WHAT, floors were not vacuumed! AC face plate fell off the unit.

The walls have black mold on the behind the toilet and they enter the room and didn't clean but the next morning me and my wife found a tracking device that had been placed on my wife's purse. They evade your privacy the whole time that you are there. The staff wants to argue with you able the rooms not being smoking rooms when you can plainly smell where they have been smoked in . The AC doesn't work like it should it just blow out hot air and stays froze up.

Good location and price, but you get what you pay for here. Moth eaten blankets, cold showers, no locked entrance and the lack of a breakfast due to renovations. Staff were friendly however.

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. However, the condition of the room was very poor. The window was cracked and taped. There was tape on the shower wall. There were holes in the bedspread, and a strong cigarette odor in a non smoking room. We were able to air the smell out by opening the window for a while. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfy. One plug didn't work, but others did. The carpet should have been replaced long ago. We will not stay there again.

One of WORST hotels I have ever stayed in and I’ve traveled extensively to Third World countries!! The bedding was atrocious, cigarette burns on the thin blanket-you want to call it that. And the sad part is somebody actually MADE the bed putting that on there! No phone, no remote for TV, tiny crappy towels and no way to have privacy from the parking lot window facing parking lot because no sheers on windows so you had to close darkening shades. I am surprised there were no roaches.
