"It was pleasant and hassle free. I like the shower. The bed is not very comfortable. That's the only negative thing."

"Excellent location to be based at if doing a short Shanghai trip. It is linked directly to a small mall with retail and food. MRT station is just across the street. And the location is right at the west entrance of East Nanjing pedestrian street , so you get the convenience of all the shops and food that comes with it. The room we got was super impressive and by far this was the best quality room we got on our Shanghai trip. Voice activated curtains, lights and music (though you'd need to speak mandarin to make it work), also buttons available. Toilet and bath was very good and there was an electrical bidet! We got the west view with our high-floor room. Try to get the east view of Bund view if possible."

"The best choice was to book this hotel, we can not have any negative word. Metro line no. 7 right by the hotel. Each one of the staff was polite, very helpful, respectful. The room was quite big, modern, the bathroom had shower and bathtub too. Everything was clean and every day cleaned. The breakfast was excellent, fresh made juices, chinese style dumplings, soups, everything tasty. This way we would say THANK YOU to hotel staff, it was really a wonderful stay in Shanghai."

"We liked the housekeeping, the staff members including housekeeping, front desk, doormen. The chefs provided a a wide variety of choices and we looked forward every a.m. for breakfast. We especially liked the split level loft with an 11story view. We liked the surrounding area, places to eat or have coffee/ drinks close although we didn’t eat in that area, we were there one full week. Large underground supermarket just nextdoor, you need to look or ask where but it has everything and we shopped there and cooked in room. The kitchen in room was very usable, clean & convenient. This property is not central or downtown, we took DIDI and it was often a 30 minute ride to places we wanted to go, but it wasn’t expensive for us and we enjoyed the rides. Lastly, anything we needed the staff was helpful and attended to our needs right away, and the gym is very nice too. Again thank you to all departments 🙏😊 We would return here to stay again."

"Business trip to Shanghai and hotel location is excellent and very comfortable room on the 15th floor. Great choice of food at breakfast and only one complaint is that the staff are very slow to clean tables. I went for breakfast at 0900 hrs Apart from that was excellent "
