Don’t book whatever you do please hotel was derelict when got there and no WiFi no service no air con no hot water we had to stay one night and leave and they still demanded I pay for the night was terrible no breakfast available nothing to eat or drink no welcome drink everything it states on booking not true

Animateurs dynamiques et sympathiques. Personnel à la réception professionnel et accueillant. Mais c est tout. Tout le reste est à revoir: matériel et équipement à rafraîchir, de la saleté partout, piscine pas propre, bungalows délabrés malgré un coup de peinture récent, espaces verts pleins de déchets divers et variés, douche bouchée et pleine de moisissures. Heureusement que nous avions choisi la formule sans restauration.

Pas de climatiseur .. chambre très chaude ...
Réfrigérateur ne marche pas... en été !!!!
Pendant votre séjour... il faut mettre un bracelet serré, non détachable sur ta main pour que les agents vous connaissent !!!!! jamais ... j ai vu ça dans ma vie.. sachant que je suis un grand voyageur.

Bel établissement, qui nécessite quand même un lifting, commençons par les bonnes choses: personnel très gentil, accueillant, au service et à l'écoute des clients; point négatif et de taille: absence de téléphone dans les chambres, pour tout service il faut se déplacer à la réception, ce qui incommode vraiment, deuxième autre point négatif: la clim (beaucoup de bruit sans plus).

très bien
franchement l'Hotel est excellant très propre très confortable le personnel au top au petit soins très aimable on y mange très bien aussi c'est très variés tout type de salades et autres plats bien délicieux animation très bien franchement on y reviendra ma femme est moi mais quand même juste un petit bémol alors c'est l'ascenseur surtout qu'on ont est logé au 5 ème étage appart ça tout est parfaite bravo a toute l’équipe
