"22:30pm my door was opened by the receptionist, they then poked something through the door to unlock the safety latch. And just walked into my room, I got out of bed to ask what they were doing, they said "oh, I thought you were still out" and left. In the morning the same staff member was on reception, no apology or explanation was given. "
