"Lift a bit confusing at the beginning, takes a few attempts to understand it. A member of staff should really give guests a crash course on it. The lift was open when I got into it and no buttons inside, it took me to the top floor! Didn’t realise the keypad on the outside. When approaching the hotel from the bus station there is an arrow pointing to show you hotel entrance but depending on what time you are checking in this door is shut. That’s because it’s actually the entrance to hotel...

The Red Lias is the “interesting” one, but taxis readily available too! :) Ate in the hotel twice, food was fine. Room was actually quite nice. Hotel always has a buzz around it due to proximity to the concert venue but doesn’t feel overrun with chaos. "
