"Older hotel but comfortable and convenient to conference center and train station. Too much street noise and you have keep the window open because no air conditioning. Staff is really nice and helpful (loaned us an adapter to accommodate the regular European 2 prongs into their older three hole outlets). Breakfast was ok. We did not understand why they insist on assigned seating at breakfast. Overall, it was a good value and convenient."

"If this was once a 4-star hotel, it needs revisited because it isn't any longer. Maintenance is needed everywhere. Most times there was no air conditioning in the main areas of the hotel, just in the room. Every time I entered my room, the lights flicked off and on for at least 10 minutes. Also, it isn't safe as I learned, from mistakenly trying to open the wrong room, that my key opened someone else's door. This is highly unsafe and as a woman traveling alone, this is a big red flag."
