"Hospitality is excellent and location is perfect. Management is very responsive and staff hospitable. However there is a disconnect on the online booking regarding already paid breakfast option which doesn’t reflect on the hotel account which can be an irritant. Also the food could be improved upon. Otherwise excluding online booking confusion and a little improvement in the food this place deserves a 5 star. "
