"John was a very friendly and helpful host informing us of the best places to go and see in the time we had. There was ample tea and coffee in the room with a Lavazza coffee machine in the room. There are plates and cutlery, a fridge freezer, kettle and toaster in the room. There is also a microwave, iron and ironing board. The room is very tidy with a powerful shower. The bed is very comfortable also. The breakfast was a surprise with everything you could need for an express breakfast and more. I would definitely recommend this small motel for a stay. There is also ample parking which is free. "

"Very nice. Had a continental breakfast included. room was basic but clean. Managers very helpful telling us what to do in town. There were 24 murals in and around the town to see and gave us a map to say where they were. It was fascinating seeing them."

"Outstanding property. Couldn't fault it. Private and quiet cabin with a comfy bed and good strong shower. Owner offered us an upgrade and the aircond had been turned on prior to our arrival, which considering it was a hot day was very welcome. Highly reccomend."

"Was great for our 3 night stop in Sale- great he convenience of washing machine in the room, dishwasher a bonus, stove cooktop & large fridge-good. 2 way room access meant we could sit outside on tables on grassed area to enjoy. Convenient to walk to Lake Guthridge, shops & dining. Perfect base for a holiday in Sale & surrounds."
