"Lovely reception staff, very helpful. Booked 2 boat trips, Magdalena BBQ Trip was really good. Nice pool area and bar with snacks and drinks on the all inclusive. The initial room I was given was small with a small window and not good. I was given a much nicer room when one was available after 2 nights. Second room was still basic but more comfortable beds, hairdryer, fridge, tv and outdoor seating. Communal areas and rooms were clean. Fussy eaters may struggle but food always had plenty salad...

"The only complaint, and it was NOT the fault of the hotel - our view was spectacular, but due to it's direction never got the sun. So, felt a little cold and dark. But this is only a minor quibble. The hotel is awesome and the food selection was incredible! One other thing. I did not like that there was only one beer option - and it was not really very good beer."

"We had a truly amazing holiday staying in the Hotel Tina & being cared for by the wonderful family who own this little gem.Yes , it is basic but all the public spaces and our room was spotlessly clean. If we could, we would have brought the fabulous mattress on our bed home with us. had the best 14 nights sleep ever !! We had a superior double room with a sea view, which was delightful.We made great use of the ample fridge and kettle...couldn't beat a morning coffee on that balcony watching the...
