"The hotel is great for a relaxed trip out in the lakes. For Dalat first-timers like us, it was probably not the best choice because we had to take taxi/GrabCar all the time to join day tours that picked up guests from the city center only (hotel shuttle schedule was very sparse during our stay in late Oct). The extra car ride took time, costed money and caused challenges when many drivers were reluctant to cover this location or having a hard time navigating the winding roads in the dark."

"the staff was amazing. They were helpful and very kind. We knew we were staying next to the lake we had an incident with a giant spider which we can’t complain nor is it the fault of the property they were very kind in capturing it and getting it out of of our room. However, we believe the room had bed bugs, both my companion and I had bites all over that were not mosquitos or spider bites these were bed bug bites. We didn’t notice until we were leaving and all the marks on our legs and back....

"Funny and cute for a short stay but not comfortable for multiple days. Bed was small for two and short for non-Asians if over 180cm. Very humid and somewhat dusty/smelly. Bathrooom too small to stand in the shower or move around. Water didn't drain properly after shower which made it problematic to use the bathroom hours after. "The location isn't great, if you are not willing to drive around with a scooter (which is kinda scary adventure in this city even if we considered it as a small city), you are screwed. The overall place is very nice, cute view and clean. But be ready to be patient if you order food as they might take some time to prepare it. Order it 30 to 45 minutes before you are hungry because they will come with some excuses of why they aren't delivery the food. They still remain nice people."

"Decent sized room and fairly comfortable. But the location is a bit far from things if you don't have a motorbike. The hot water is not hot in winter , the toilet paper is of the worst quality and some staff speak no English which makes things hard. Don't recommend for family leisure holidays."
