"The property itself is beautiful! The dive centre and the spa were the absolute highlights. The staff at the dive centre were very attentive, accommodating and the facilities were fantastic. One of the best dive centres I’ve had the pleasure to dive with. The Spa was also great, although on the pricier side, the treatments were fantastic and the facilities were great. What's traumatizing is that we we're threatened to leave the property in the middle of the night without us knowing where to go since it's located in a mountain without cellphone signal if we won't pay them, what if we don't have extra cash with us we have no choice but to sleep in the road. "The diving was awesome ... something new every dive. Guides (Ace) were very skilled and spotted all the things we wanted to see on our muck diving treasure hunts. Resort staff and manager were super friendly and sorted a couple of our trips outside the property. Trip to Oslob went well with total round trip 6am to 1pm and no wait in any queue to see those wonderful whale sharks. Another day trip to the Baslay hotsprings we did by scooter, what fun! "The room I stayed in was nice. Which that what ya pay for. The room had a water heater,but no coffee, nor coffee cups. Just had beer and pop that was a cost. Both mornings I was there went to breakfast, the lady that was taking the order was very dismantle. Her attitude toward us was like you didnt feel welcome there. Couldn't wait get through eating and get out of there. And their kichten was supposed open up at 6am,which didn't happen. Had walk down to ask when they was going to open. Really...
