"We loved our short stay and would definitely book this unit again. It was super clean, nicely decorated, well appointed with everything we needed, and the beds were comfy. Our grandkids really enjoyed the pools, and the beach view was lovely. However, believe the photos when it comes to the distance to the beach. The "2-minute walk to the beach" is just where the boardwalk ends. For us, it was actually another 5 minutes hauling beach gear through the hot sand to get to the water. Not a big deal for young folks, but it was a bit of a trek for us boomers! Still, a great property, and we'd stay again!"

"Dreamcatcher is one of the most beautiful places I have stayed.. the water view with boats going by was wonderful . My grandson especially loved this. He is 3.Everything was lovely. Dauphin island is low key and I suggest you check places to eat in advance b/c many are not open every day. West end beach at sunset is a marvel. Many amenities were included at the house like a big straw bag for beach going, a floater vest for small child , maps, soap and shampoo and many condiments. Very thoughtful. "

"We enjoyed our stay here and had a very relaxing time. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, would have liked to have some basic spices (salt and pepper ..). Also no towels or beach chairs was a little disappointing, especially for people who fly in. The Crows Nest we ended up not using as was a bit warm and we did have space for all without using - I do agree with the review asking for a tub lol Hard to bathe a baby without but we made do!Overall was a great stay! "
