Gem of a stay

Was very surprised how easy the check-in was with no lobby or front desk. room was perfect. nice kitchen with everything needed to cook. room very comfortable and a great view. pool was very nice. has a small apartment for my family for a great price. will be my go to place to stay going forward

Dirty,stinky place!

I get to room and there are food crumbs on couch. Water all over floor in bathroom,slipped and ran into cloths machine. Dishes not put away in kitchen. Empty wine bottles n box in cabinet. Tv wouldn't work, had to buy battery's for remote. Trying to getting a hold of owner responded a day later.big hole in 1 bedroom by AC that a rat or cat could get in and heat coming in all the time.just sheets,nothing more on bed. Old metal bed made noises anytime you would move at night. No fan to circulate air except for living/ dineing room,which had a ticking sound. 2 burned out light bulbs. Heat for water on demand didn't work,breaker tripped so pushed button even thou there was a bare wire hanging near it. No bottle oper or coffee cups.opened back door and 3 kittens tried getting in. 1 of the 2 pools was empty. Bright lights outside facing windows so was not to dark in the rooms. Couch 3 piece so would move around if you layed on it,uncomfortable and small,for children.owner got back n said she been gone 5 days and she would talk to housekepper.nothing more! Found much better room 30 minutes away with no prob n same price .
