Perfect Location
Overall stay was great! Lots of room in this house. Pool was nice. Driving to west coast we had lots of traffic but east coast was straight in. Traffic was heavy going to Universal Studio but only a quick 30 minute ride back to the house. Lots of restaurants in the area and a Publics just up the street. We couldn't figure out how to get the PS2/Ps3 working but the pool table was a hit with the kids. Neighborhood was safe and quiet.

Family Spring Break
While the house was a good size with a bonus game room in the garage, it could stand a facelift! Pet friendly homes should at the very least have carpets shampooed often, and this house was no exception. Communication with the property manager was fine the first day, but our questions went unanswered quickly after that, giving us no access to the TV or electronics in the home. The listing said the pool is serviced weekly, but no one ever came during our 7 day stay to clean. The ice maker in the kitchen was also broken, and the fridge light was also broken. Attention to detail is something this property management group should focus on. On a positive note, there were ample towels, and our children all appreciated having their own bathroom and having the separate arcade space in the garage.

We loved this house. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool and Spa were awesome. My grandchildren loved it. My husband and I don't do streaming, so we did not like the TV. The last week we were along so it was nice and quiet. If you are going with family or friends this is the house to rent. Thank you Judy Spencer

Spacious and plenty of towels!
We were happy with our stay at this villa. It was very spacious, everything worked, there were plenty of bath and pool towels, and communication with property manager was good/prompt. The SOUTH FACING POOL was a bonus. The pool heat was on before we arrived and was plenty warm to start using right away.

Gigantic, Great Location, but Hot and not "Homey"
This house is beautiful first and foremost, with a grand entrance and tons of space. This is definitely the ideal place for a large group or family reunion, and its location in Davenport is perfect to get around to the parks, stores, and sights. The absolute biggest drawback is that the house's AC cannot be turned down past 74, and it was HOT. I could not imagine having stayed in the summer because of this, and I think it should be mentioned. Secondly, for anyone staying longer than a couple of nights, the rule signs and how-to signs all over the house are sort of a lot, ie., how to use the garbage disposal, how to call 911, what is 911, exit signs, etc.. It just takes away from the home feeling for sure, but I can understand that the company doesn't want trouble with renters. There was some old food and hair under the sofa in the kitchen area, but the rest of the house was very clean! We didn't pay to heat the pool, because we figured that the hot tub would have been automatically heated. It was a little disappointing that it wasn't. Overall though, this is a great place to stay, the amount of space is incredible for groups, and the house is clean and inviting. The company was very friendly whilst we handled some hiccups, and the neighborhood was quiet most of the nights, with some rowdy ones on Fridays. The neighborhood has a very safe and secure feeling to it, where the women in our group were not afraid to walk outside at night. It's close enough to Disney that you can hear their fireworks starting at 8pm, which is really neat, and it's only one exit from the highway headed towards the parks, which is fantastic. This house being pet friendly was our huge draw to it, it was so nice to bring our fur kids.

Old house in serious need of maintenance
The layout of the house was great and overall we had a great family vacation. But this house is old and in need of maintenance and/or deep cleaning in every room of the house. If you plan on doing laundry make sure you have about (5) hours - NO exaggeration - for the clothes to dry. The posted photos are clearly years old.
