"We had the absolute BEST trip!! The house is wonderful and just as described. Clean and nicely furnished. We loved the pool and hot tub and having a bathroom right there to go straight to the shower afterwards. The only complaint at all is the communication with the office. They text multiple times with check out info several days before check out and contradicting messages. Otherwise it was a great trip "

"First and foremost the pictures of the home are exact! The property was spacious, wonderful, modern decor with nice China and glassware. The open space allowed for family time as we relaxed, cooked and share dinner. The cinema-sized television in the living space as well as upstairs in a media room stole the show! "We arrived 25 minutes early driving from Ohio & wanted to get in the house b4 4pm(chk in). The door code did not work. Called to be told chk in was @ 4 & “guaranteed the code would work then. I had doubts, so we waited(110 F heat) 4pm, code doesn’t work. 10 mins on the phone to get spare door key to get in. Obviously the person had no idea how digital locks work. I wish the corporations would stay out of this business. No left over salt or pepper, paper towels… We always left items like that...

"My only issue is with the check in process. We waited a long time to turn in and check in at the gate on our first day. After that, we just used the lane on the right to go through the gate. Otherwise, everything else was great! Devon was super responsive and the house was lovely. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this house. Everything was as pictured. It is very roomy with enough space for all of us to have our own spaces. If travelling during the “cooler” months, I would highly suggest the pool heater as it cools down quickly. The pool was great for our toddler and other kids. Our toddler had a great time hanging out on the ledge playing with his toys. The only thing we came across was damp towels in the closet which wasn’t a huge deal as there is the washer and dryer....

"Great place. We had 16 people total and it was plenty of space. Hot tub was tricky as were the tv’s (some instructions would have been nice for both). Most everything in the kitchen for a large dinner. Bring kitchen towels and dish rags with you. We would definitely stay again. Parking in the neighborhood is terrible but just drive careful."

"This is a large townhouse the perfect size for our family of 8. Location is great, not too far from any attraction. We paid to have the pool heated and it was definitely worth it, the kids spent time in there every day. We went to the club pool a few times, such a nice spot.
