Only issue was trying to find the 'central area' to drop off our rubbish, only bin we could find was behind some barriers, so had to leave it outside the property. "Beautiful property in a beautiful part of Cornwall. Located on a farm in the Higher Tregawne area. Perfect for a weeks stay, our converted barn was well equipped & had beautiful views across the north Cornish countryside. A nice touch was to find a selection of goodies incl. wine on our arrival. It would have been nice to meet our hosts at least once during our stay but unfortunately this wasn’t to be. Overall though, great value for money & we really enjoyed our stay."

All the fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard. We loved the room and the fact that it had previously been 3 prison cells! It’s also in a good position for exploring Cornwall. "

"We stayed in room 113. The view was expansive facing the sea and Tantegel castle. We arrived after Tantegel closed but took the hike from just outside the hotel grounds. It was beautiful. We had drinks in the bar and dinner in Irina’s restaurant. Excellent food and the staff were extremely kind!"
