This is a cute little apartment that has all of the essentials. It’s in perfect proximity to a couple state parks with fantastic hikes, views, waterfalls, and other activities. It’s in a very small town so don’t expect the hussle and bustle of a city. The property has a porch and few fire rings with some Adirondack chairs so you can sit outside by the river and relax.
The cons: the walls between units are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors clear as day even if they’re talking at a low volume. Pets are allowed so for a day and a night we heard the neighbors dogs barking, howling, and whining. The property manager was very easy to communicate with about this, though. There is also no tv, not a complete downside, but something to be aware of when you book!
