"Was, well OK, check in wasn’t overly impressive, I forgot my wallet and there was a few blank looks over how I would pay the pay the deposit and pet cleaning fee. Bed was very firm and AC couldn’t be set under 20(I like it cold), very dusty behind TV, I had to switch it of and on at the plug to get it going. $80 pet fee I think is a little steep but at least there was a dog bed and bowl in the room."

"This was our second stay. Lovely hotel with friendly staff, very clean rooms, super comfortable bed,good amenities and Rundle street just a stones-throw away. The only not-so-great thing is the poor shower screen design - you end up with a very wet floor outside the shower cubicle that the bath mat really can't deal with. Other than that great room and hotel - would stay here again."

"Nice new hotel, but very busy, lift wait times were a bit long, strange having a lobby on the 10th floor, pool is nice, very convenient location walkable to everything Adélaïde has to offer. For the price the hotel is about right. If you’re after super luxury I’d look elsewhere."

"Property has been totally renovated in an Art Nouveau/Deco style with the finishes across the entire hotel of a very high standard. The rooms are very well appointed and the public areas - bar, lounges, dining areas - finished in a sophisticated manner reminiscent of high end hotels you would find in London and Paris.
