Two minor issues. Parking can be difficult. At capacity I belive they might be short a parking spot or two.

Only real complaint I would have is that none of the balcony that faced the ocean had any furniture so it was useless to have a balcony where you couldn’t sit outside"
"Perfect stay AND value!! Full kitchen for our needs, comfortable beds, great view, beautiful and well maintained pool area. It does not have central air conditioning but the large unit kept our room chilly. The bedroom AC unit was not working when we arrived. We notified the office and maintenence installed a replacement within an hour! Great service.. we would stay here again if the opportunity arises."
"This was FANTASTIC!!!! I can understand the other positive reviews now. Its not just being nice or hype. Some of us took the very short walk across South Atlantic Ave to the beach access walkway... I took the bike that was in the garage... and we drove our mobility challenged grandmother in the truck. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the homey feel of the house. The other renter out back was very nice and friendly. Its on our list for repeat."
