Under construction, asked front desk if construction would continue on weekend when I checked in on Friday. He said no.. workers on site all weekend. Smallish room, sticky surfaces, small balcony, very dated. Nice view and convenient location.

There was some construction going on there was one day where we were woken up at 6:45 to knocking on the roof. I think they should’ve put notes in file that they were under construction.

Location was good right on water, but a lot of guests were full time, have been there over 3 months with a lot of extra people coming and going, didn’t feel safe, people seemed to be moving in all the time, bringing hot plates coffee machines, cats in hallways, trash out side of rooms left in hallways not picked up, only one elevator working, with the place full very hard to get out, if they are opened for homeless people should said so, should never charge top price for room to be shared with homeless families, with drug dealers everywhere in parking garage and parking lot

The front desk people were unfriendly and unhelpful. There was supposed to be coffee available in the lobby and one morning it was not available the next day when the coffee was provided there was no sugar and when I tracked down the front desk person to request some she sent me up to the restaurant on the second floor to get some. There was what appeared to be a bag of trash out side a room on the fifth floor which was never removed by housekeeping the entire time we were in the hotel. In the morning there were used towels out side many of the doors on our floor. I have never stayed in a hotel where the housekeeping help did not remove use towels after they cleaned a room. All and all it was a disappointing stay and the fact that it was a Best Western truly amazing.

Very loud construction going on the whole time. Dogs constantly barking through the day/night. Pictures showed the facility was a lot nicer than it was.

Everything was horrible. Dirty stinky. When we arrived only one of two elevators were working and was told it had been down for months. Saturday of our stay the other elevator went down and were forced to use stairs from the sixth floor. The couch looked like it was picked up from the side of the road. Saturday night my wife stepped on an exposed staple in the rug. I could go on for hours

We checked in,two elevators and one broke down,the one that was working was extremely slow and tried to shut the door always on a person. Our room smelled of mold,upon further review it is in the ceiling of bedroom closet and the bathroom shower full of mold,I took pictures. There were alot of people living in hotel,fema rooms,with dogs. The view is nice,but no option to have patio door propped open. For what we spent on this room,disgusting conditions.
