Daytona Beach Spacious One Bedroom 9th floor Condo

Family friendly, girls trip, couples retreat, or solo traveler, perfect to stay.

This one bedroom 9th floor Suite has North Ocean views of the beach and city. Located at the Daytona Beach Resort, fully furnished and updated to enjoy and have a comfortable stay.

You will have access to the Condo with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom. Two balconies one in the living room with 3 Bar Stools and table and a stand up balcony in the bedroom
It is updated and Fully Furnished with two queen size beds in the bedroom, dresser, TV and closet.
Large Bathroom with shower and vanity.
Living room with sofa sleeper, TV/dresser.
Kitchen is equipped to cook and make your meals during a comfortable stay.

*Current Update:
Daytona Beach Resort had damages from Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in Sept and Nov 2022. Pools, pool deck, jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna are closed until further notice.
Tiki Bar and Restaurant are closed.
We expect repairs and construction during 2025.
Parking garage is closed and parking information is provided prior to your arriva.
Beach access is still available via the public access area adjacent to the resort. To go to the Beach you would need to exit front lobby, and walk (by garage) to the side of the building. The parking garage is also currently closed. There is limited parking available in front of the resort (follow parking map posted in the lobby).
One Parking pass is found inside the room to be placed in your vehicle. Upon departure you would need to leave it inside the room.

This Unit is Privately Owned at the Daytona Beach Resort:
Conveniently located, across the street you will have a shopping plaza with grocery stores, department stores, pharmacy, and restaurants.

On arrival day you will receive a message with the check-in instructions prior to 3 PM.

You will have a clean, comfortable suite but we cannot guarantee amenities at the Resort and parking onsite. The Daytona Beach Resort can close all amenities anytime for any reason.

Overall good experience, property had a nice front room area with kitchen, separate bedroom area had 2 queen beds. Bathroom is a little dated but overall experience was good

Peaceful Stay
My husband and I didn't stay here that much because we were out over at the Daytona Speedway for a rock festival that was happening on a weekend (5/9 - 5/12). The place was clean, it smelled good and had a very lovely view of the ocean. Had no issues while staying at this resort. I definitely would book this place again since it did have other accommodations that could be very useful.

DO NOT stay for bike week
The room and host was great, the reason for low ratings is because the resort towed a bunch of bikes after marking off parking spots. The bikes even had parking permits and the parking lot was full anyways so not enough parking for bike week.

Been coming to this location for last 3 years and this year was by far the worst. First not enough parking. Secondly security staff was rude and not helpful at all.
