The front desk clerk Dennis did amazing job. So nice and friendly. He shared so much information about the property and the surrounding area. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Everything was so fresh. The only complaint I had was that there was no sugar or cream in the room for coffee. The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This property is centrally located on the beach side of New Smyrna Beach. A charming setting. Parking is available for free, just a little tricky to operate the actual entry gate. (I would have appreciated at check in to be told that they only service the room every other day)

I do NOT like having to pay to park. I would imagine MOST guests have a car (since you are not near an airport where people might just uber). I wasn't told that there is a free lot across the street. We have gone to this hotel for many years for Thankgiving holiday and love everything about it....except paying to park.
