SUMMER, SUNSHINE & SUNRISES! Incredible Ocean & River Views 2BR/2BA unit

POOL and BEACH ACCESS OPEN! This 2BR/2BA unit is fully furnished with beautiful ocean and river views. Sunrise to sunset you will enjoy relaxing on this large private balcony with sunny southern exposure. The living room has a large window with unobstructed views as well as a sliding glass door to the balcony and is complete with a dining area for four. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating for three, solid surface countertops, full size appliances and is equipped with all cookware, dishes and utensils. The primary bedroom also has a sliding glass door to the balcony as well as a king size bed, TV and a full bath with shower. The guest room has two twin beds, a TV and access to a full bath right across the hall. This unit includes a full-size washer/dryer as well as internet access and cable TV. The pool and beach access are open. Please note: There are support posts on each balcony (as pictured) and throughout the lower garage. They will remain in place as a pre-caution until a concrete restoration project is complete in the future. The project has not been scheduled at this time. The building is open for occupancy. Please ask for updates or let us know if you have any questions. There is no garage parking at this time.

Great condo on the beach!
We had an excellent stay at this condo and would definitely book again in the future! The condo was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. The check-in process was easy and Ashley met us there when we arrived to show us the property and answer any questions that we had. We didn't need to communicate with her during our stay as we had everything we needed, but she made herself available had we needed to. As the rating shows, we consider the condo a 5 star accommodation.
