IMPORTANT NOTE =Our building is currently undergoing a balcony renovation project, and we're happy to share that our unit’s balcony has already been completed. As part of this ongoing work, the pool area remains temporarily closed. It will be open at the end of September.
Beach access is still easy and convenient—just head out the front door and walk a few yards to the beach ramp on the south side of the building.
