The location of this property was within easy driving distance from all major attractions. Room was adequate smelled faintly of mildew until the air conditioning kicked in. Lake view isn't really, you can see a corner of the lake from your balcony. The way the hotel is situated, there are no real "Lakefront" views. There is only one elevator for all of the buildings which is a bit of an inconvenience. Staff was pleasant except for during breakfast. The waffle maker had no spray and when I added butter to be able to remove mine, I was chastised loudly in Spanish. Where she told another guest she would get him spray and made not of me being non Hispanic not knowing I speak Spanish.

Great amenities from inside your hotel room to the pool area! A little inconsistent with what kitchen tools each room has but enough for a family to be comfortable and make a meal! The only negative experience was the highly offensive marketing team. We were offered a free gift and the opportunity to learn more about Westgate properties. That dude did not do well. We were offered a late check out but the key card stopped working at 10 am. Otherwise, no issues. My family members from CA and TX booked other suites. We all agreed we would stay here again!

Speedy and very cordial. The water park was an additional $25 per person and I wasn't expecting that; neither the surprised additional $70 resort fee at check in

The property itself was nice. It was nice having multiple pools amd the other outdoor activities. However, if I've paid to stay here, it would be nice if the amenities were free. Everything was a charge except the pools. The waterpark was also expensive to get into. They charged my card an additional $130 between the time I checked in and checked out and I couldn't say what the charges were for. They will try to get you to a Timeshare presentation at check in, promising in return a free amenities card for. If you're a Timeshare owner, it's all free. Also, as a woman of color, I wasn't happy with the shower. The shower head is coming straight down on my hair and that's an inconvenience for me. But the room was clean. Overall, if you pay to stay, amenities should be included. It was pricey.

Very clean room, good TV, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Great value.
