"The room was great we booked very last minute. Wasn’t sure to expect. There wasn’t a door or curtain on the closet when you walk in. But otherwise it was really cute and clean. We stopped at the grocery store before we arrived they had accommodations in the room to make food that was nice. There was no interaction with any staff if you need anything. Just a text confirmation. There is a sign book but didn’t even see it till we left. Still super cute the beach was clean. Bummer the pool was...

"My family came from SC to Port Orange for my daughter’s wedding. The Blue Anchor Steps to the Beach proved to be an excellent choice for us. It was well stocked and beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable. The location could not have been better. We were within 5 miles of everywhere we needed to be.. I highly recommend The Blue Anchor …our stay was amazing!"

"The house layout was excellent for a large family with small children and grand parents. Great kitchen and appliances to accomodate large group. Pool and proximity of beach were perfect for numerous short trips. Nice and quiet even with a few condos nearby. Just need BBQ upgrades. Would recommend to others for family vacation."

"Great home and awesome time. We just misssed the hurricane but our weather was awesome. It's such a fun area and great to be able to put on your trunks and walk the beach or go in for a nice morning wake me up. We did have a plane delay and the host was gracious enough to give us a few more hours at the home as we waited for our flights to get unscrambled. Thank you. "

"We initially rented a property from the same person in south Daytona but due to Milton hitting and the power still being out upon our arrival the owner offered us his other property in new smeryna at no additional cost. The owner was awesome through the whole process , offered a full refund or his other property with no hassle and for the inconvenience of being further away from our event destinations he threw the pool heater in for no additional charge as well. "

"Didn’t want to be in the middle of all the madness. This property is about 10 mins from both Main Street and the speedway. Quiet neighborhood and awesome house. House was clean and as advertised. "It was a short stay but, was a property we stay at during Christmas last year. We like the quite neighborhood and the convenience to family that in just north of the area."

"The house was rented out by another company (Vacasa), listed on VRBO. The house was clean, although felt more like a hotel than someone's home. Good wifi, TV and pool, coffee maker. Close to grocery store and Planet Fitness (5-10mins drive)."

"It was convenient for everything we wanted to do especially going to the races. The kids enjoyed the pool. "

"We decided to stay in Flagler after our son was there over July 4th. It's close enough to Daytona to be able to enjoy everything there, but it's far enough away to not be crowded with tourists. The condo itself was clean, easy to find and for us, in a great location. We enjoyed being able to sit on the deck and watch the waves crash. We would definitely stay again!!"

"I’ve booked with VRBO many times the communication from Karin was superb. The home is beautiful clean spacious enough for a group. The neighbors are very welcoming of out of towners especially a week after a hurricane. The backyard pool area is gorgeous it’s very private to relax and enjoy the sun we also travel with a small dog and never had to worry about him getting out. We will definitely book with Karin again thank you for a great time . "

"We had a great time and the house was good. My only complaint would be. I reached out a couple times for assistance and wasnt answered or one time they said they would send someone to clean the pool and no one ahowed up. It was full of dirt and bugs. We werre able to skim them out mostly but would have lobes a vacuum. Overall our stay was good though. Cute house and we enjoyed ourselves."
