"I took my granddaughter to Destin for her 8th birthday. She wanted a hotel with a pool and breakfast. Hyatt Place did not disappoint. The hotel was super clean. The buffet was nice. Staff was friendly. The hotel is located near EVERYTHING! The only thing that didn't meet expectations were the beds. The mattresses were horrible. My 14 year old granddaughter was on the sofa bed and everytime she moved, every spring in it squeaked...terribly. Overall, this hotel is a keeper and we'd definitely stay there again."

"Great stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful, and it looks and smells clean. The king suite was perfect for our family of four. The room was spacious and included a full kitchen, and it was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Our neighbors were a little noisy, but that was not the hotel’s fault… and we didn’t really lose sleep over it. Breakfast was really good with a nice variety that was different from most hotels: included things like carnitas, tortillas, and overnight oats. We all really enjoyed the pool area and kids’ splash pad. The only thing I would say as a negative is that the hot tub seemed dirty - it had brown foam in it which I didn’t realize until after I got in it. I let my suit air dry, and the next day it smelled bad. Other than that though everything was excellent! "

"I dont know where to start . So let me say this at first i wasnt ad happy with the veiw . But the room was great . The staff was awesome . Beach is right out your door . Food at and around was great . So many things to do and see .the boardwalk is just right down the beach and can be walked to if needed . Our last day here i had spoke to the frint desk and had just a few issues .but they did me right . They upgraded me to suite for our anniversary 7th floor for a night . Just awesome is all i can say .i will for sure be coming back here with the rest of the family for my next stay ."
