"Arrived at the end of a long tiring journey when the staff had left. However, Natalie had prepared for this eventuality and had sent us the code for the locked box in which our entry cards had been placed and access to our rooms was gained. This hotel has good access to the coastal tramway and there were sufficient bars and cafe's around to slake our thirst. I would use this hotel again."

"We had to park about a mile from the hotel and drag our cases as the resort was full. Reception was chaotic. First we were given an occupied room, then one smaller than booked with no garden view or balcony. After complaining we finally got a larger room but with no balcony or garden view.
