"The room was great. Pillows were terrible with no body. When I checked in I asked for a late departure. I was told 12 noon to 1pm is ok just call and advise the desk. I went to a meeting that lasted longer than expected. Desk told my wife if she did not vacate the room by 11:30am we would be charged for another day. She did call for a late check out. Poor excuse for Hilton Honors guest."
