I did take off one star because the property does need better outside access to the suite entry (stairs / walkway). But that was the only negative. All in all, a great experience."

"House was perfect for our needs -- a long parents weekend visit to Colgate. Not exactly Colgate adjacent, but convenient to the airport, Syracuse and right on Lake Oneida and 30 min to Colgate. Just down the road from Verona Beach State Park and it's possible to keep walking to Sylvan Beach -- and with perfect fall weather it was an amazing walk. House was great to cook in and made for a fine remote work location. I only wish we'd made better use of the she shed /man cave b/c it is an awesome...

"You won't want to leave this beautiful lakefront residence! It is freshly remodeled, has new furniture, and all of the amenities are top notch. We had a wonderful time during our stay."

"The location and house are great! Only down side to the property is a rock wall that is between the house and lake that makes it harder to access in the winter. Overall, extremely clean inside and I will definitely be coming back!"

"We had a great time at this location everyone had their own space beautifully decorated house in the woods!!Great kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook and socialize with your family. Close to the town and hiking trails. We would surely stay at this location again. Also the hosts are great very communicative and kind."
