Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, and while we aim to provide a welcoming atmosphere, it's important to be aware of any potential additional fees. We believe in transparency, so please familiarize yourself with our house rules to avoid any misunderstandings during your stay.

House Rules:
Please remove shoes at the front door.
For Noise Complaints or any after-hour issues (10pm-6am) please contact Spillett Security at 403-493-4661 or 403-493-4660 (Water leaks, furnace break down, noise complaints, etc).

Extra Charges and Fees:
Please note that additional housekeeping charges may apply for excessive messiness or damage to our unit or furniture. These fees include:

- National park pass missing: $150+ for replacement. (until June 2025)
- Parking pass missing: $150 for a replacement.
- Late checkout fee: $25 (applies after 11 am without prior approval by the host)
- Extra garbage fee: $25 (for garbage/recycling left in the unit)
- Extra cleaning fee: $25 (for excessive cleaning needs, such as food left in the kitchen/on tables, or dishes not done)
- Towel replacement fee: $10 (for damaged towels, replacement price per towel)
- Linen replacement fee: Varied (depending on the damaged item)
