- This 2-story cabin requires exterior steps to enter. While a bathroom and 2 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, an interior ladder is required to access the loft on the 2nd floor
- Landscaping occurs every other Wednesday around 8:00 AM
- The property is set back approximately 300 feet from a highway
- The property runs on well water, and while filtration is provided, it may not be what you are used to. The water is in no way hazardous and safe to drink
