"Very convenient in Deauville! Its not what the pictures show and we weren't able to check-in at 3pm, but the staff were nice. Its 2 star so you're staying in a nice area in an older not upgraded hotel but its a great location and was affordable. "

"We took the biggest and the most expensive room in this hotel. The room had an amazing big kitchen, yet no normal shelves in the bathroom. Room was big, bed was a tiny queen size. No air conditioner Phone in the room has no connection to the reception/room service/housekeeping etc. For us, the cold welcome, unfriendly attitude - were a first time experience and hopefully the last one. "

"It's a nice older hotel, very well-located. However, there is no air conditioning, which was a problem given the unexpectedly hot weather, and the breakfast was disappointing, especially in relation to comparable hotels that we stayed at in the region. The croissants were tiny and industrial, and there was very little in the way of selection. Service is good and the room is otherwise comfortable."

"No washcloths, no coffee second day, coffee maker worked poorly, food was left in microwave, rules for using kitchenware was extra charges if not cleaned and put away. No dish liquid soap provided. We did not need kitchenette and when reserving online did not indicate it. Can't call front dedk with room phone had to use cell phone.No shampoo and conditioner. Hair dryer button had to be held down entire time. I would not recommend this hotel. Made for not a perfect vacation. "

"Parking seems to be an issue. We managed to park in the outside area of the property, but no more than five cars can fit in - six at best. Our room was in the annexe and it was OK, although changing grout in the bathroom and similar stuff would greatly improve the impression."
