Zelaieta BerriBi - Baskeyrentals

Zelaieta BerriBi is located in Itziar, a minor local entity in the coastal town of Deba (Gipuzkoa), 45km from San Sebastián and 67km from Bilbao. A spacious rural house with the sea and the mountains as the main stage of a privileged environment.

The situation of this house allows you to contemplate both the Bay of Biscay and the Andutz or Larrun mountains. An ideal place for getaways with family or friends, where you will breathe the pure essence of the Basque Country. It combines nature, surrounded by a UNESCO World Heritage Geopark, in which coves such as Sakoneta or cliffs with the famous vertical strata known as Flysch stand out, and culture, with replicas of the Ekain cave, cave paintings declared World Heritage Sites. humanity by UNESCO, or the Sanctuary of Loyola in Azpeitia, and, all within a radius of less than 20km. A family home, close and cozy around which you can go hiking - trekking, caving or enjoy the excellent local cuisine. And if you prefer, relax and rest in a quiet environment that certainly invites you to do so.

Zelaieta Berribi is a building with one ground floor and two floors. The ground floor has a large living room and a cozy "txoko", typical of the traditional farmhouses of the Basque Country, located next to the kitchen and dining room, thus creating a large open space that is warm and familiar. It also has a toilet, fireplace, television and DVD among others.

The first floor has two double rooms, one with two 0.90m beds, and the other with two 1.05m beds. Furthermore there is a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. All the rooms on the first floor have a window, while the living room has a terrace with views of the Bay of Biscay. It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, although it is more common to cook and be on the ground floor.

The second floor has two large double rooms, which have a terrace, one on each side of the house, and a bathroom with a corner bathtub, surrounded by pieces of local art, and with a natural star at the junction of the rooms. One of the rooms has two 0.90 beds, and in the other room there are two 1.05 single beds to which two 0.90 beds are added in the form of a trundle bed. In addition to a large sofa bed of 1.35m.

All this is accompanied by an extensive garden with covered views of the green meadows and the traditional farmhouses that surround it. With several species of trees (walnut, cherry...) and native plants, in addition to having a barbecue, several armchairs and a picnic area in the shade of vines for the enjoyment and relaxation of an idyllic stay in the heart of the Basque Country.
