"The property was like an oasis in Naples. Danelle was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The breakfast was delicious. The service staff at the bar were pleasant and accommodating. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It is conveniently located near the Archeological Museum and there are a few restaurants located across the street to grab a bite to eat and a drink. We did not stray far from the hotel in the evening because we did not feel safe. "

"The property was hidden behind a quirky traditional door which opens in to a courtyard to gain access to the hotel. Staff were friendly and on hand to assist with any help we required and also provided tips and information to make the most of our trip to to Naples. The suite we stayed in had a split level sleeping arrangement which made the room spacious and the large window opened on to a Juliet balcony overlooking the busy street below. This hotel ideally situated in Naples historic centre and within easy walking distance to all attractions. "

"It was hard to find because it was behind two locked gates and the taxi couldn't find the address number. Other than that, it was fine. The concierge was very helpful calling a taxi for us, and the breakfast selections were great, especially the delicious pastries!"
