"It isn’t a 4 star hotel, the rooms are tiny and basic, no baths, the sink was stained, no water fountains on the floors, vending machine didn’t work, hole in the ceiling in the hallway of block 4, food basic and bland after the 3rd day knew what to expect each day. The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming, rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaners were always polite and helpful, but I will not be returning. The rooms need to be updated."

"This is a beautiful hotel, staff are wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly. It is very modern and chic with beautiful views from the 360 bar and restaurant on the 8th floor. Food and drink quality was also very good. It is in a great location with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff were always accommodating and friendly, often greeting us as we entered and left. The pool and gym facilities were great. We booked a breakfast included package and the meals were always nice. It's located very close to the busiest area of Maspalomas so not suitable if you want a quiet holiday but for us it was perfect. "We had a great stay at the Gran Canaria Princess resort hotel. Defintely do the all inclusive - the food put out was different everyday and was often themed (mexican, asian etc) with plenty of other choices- the drinks included in the all inclusive were pretty good - beer, wine, prosecco, sangria all on tap or readily available to order as well as all the spirits and mixers. Apparently the all inclusive plus options gets you better top shelf spirits and drinks but the drinks poured in our all...
